In order to do this, we have had to set up various departments to handle different types of communication.
Since we are in the business of coaching and helping people on a minute-to-minute paid basis, we will charge you for the time involved with your communication, whether it is by phone, email or other means.
The only exception is if something is broken with the 2ndmate system - for example, if you see big warning messages when you try to change the words on your web page. If the 2ndMate system is at fault, there will be no charge.
